The Part C health form is required for everyone going on the ski trip.
It is also required for all scouts and parents attending Camp Ransburg or any other BSA high adventure trip this summer.
All scouts and parents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity on one of the two Monday nights.
We will provide the paper Part C form.
You can also have your own doctor complete the form.
